Thank you for your order. If you’ve chosen to pick up your item in person, you’re welcome to visit our shop during business hours to collect your purchase. Please make sure to bring proof of order, such as the name and ID used for the purchase, so we can verify your order details.
If you’ve selected delivery, we will send you a notification email once your item is prepared and the shipping process begins. Depending on your location(NZ), delivery may take 1 to 3 business days after shipment begins. Please note that delivery may be delayed if there are holidays during the shipping period.
For bulk or large quantity orders, preparation may take longer than usual. We kindly ask that you contact us before placing such orders to confirm the timeline.
